*UPDATED* in response to perhaps the most unprofessional and unkind owner I’ve ever encountered, with a complete disregard for customers health and safety, let’s clarify a few items. 1) Providing details that I was ill was enough for this company to follow their COVID protocols regarding rescheduling classes. Never once was I asked to confirm that I was COVID positive 2) I was never once asked to provide proof of a positive COVID test. Would have done so if this was requested. As a business owner, your “disappointment” has absolutely nothing to do with how you treat your PAYING customers, especially in times like this. We were excited to come back to experience these classes and sadly, after being treated with such disrespect, this will absolutely not be happening. I would like to mention one other point that our lovely “owner” here has left out in his response to this review. After asking for my refund (yes a refund because we do not need to reschedule), he responded with the following: “ You can expect a refund. But we won’t grant you.” *********** This is absolutely the WORST customer experience I have ever received in my entire life. After falling incredibly sick with COVID, close to our booking date, we were denied the opportunity to reschedule our class. Given the 72 hour cancellation fee (keeping in mind that we would simply like to reschedule and not cancel all together), we were denied this entirely. It should go without saying that falling ill with COVID was not something expected in the slightest and we expected some understanding given the circumstances. We were then told that we could be granted a “one time exception” to reschedule our class ONLY if we pay $10 per person plus tax. A bit ridiculous but fine, however, we were registered as a party of 2 couples, each registered separately. When asked if this can also be applied for the other couple as they will not be attending given the circumstances, I received an email reply back with the following: “Nope.” Don’t even bother wasting your time with this company. Couldn’t tell you anything about the classes as sadly, we will never be going. THE. WORST.

Shakedown scammers. I had reservations December and tested positive for Covid before the class, when I called to reschedule the person that picked up the phone said “not my problem “ and hung up. So unprofessional, no consideration for peoples health. Absolutely do not recommend.

The warm and welcoming staff made this a great experience! It was well-paced and there were tons of drink options to choose from. I’ll be back here again

It was a interesting experience but I had many issues. I went on March 24, 2022. 1. They started late (30-40 minutes late) 2. They ended super early (more than half an hour earlier) 3. The painting instructions were rushed and unclear 4. They mentioned 2-3 people were going around to help but none of them were going around 5. The artist demonstrating the painting was covering her painting the whole time and didn’t show exactly what she was doing 6. It was hard to see the artist painting from the back of the room where we were seated- the painting needed to be up higher 7. The artist moved on way too fast. Almost everyone near me was so behind and asked each other for help 8. The artist didn’t make the picture as it was displayed on the painting- there were some missing details. I don’t recommend it. Maybe buy the online version and do it at home

Omg such a fun date night! What an awesome experience. The instructor was great and super helpful. Highly recommend!

My friend and I came this afternoon for 3PM event and had an amazing time. The instructor was great and one of the helpers Leah was exceptional. She said she was new there but you definitely could not tell. She was so helpful and really brought great energy to the whole event. We could not rave about her enough. The music and environment as a whole really was so enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back.

So much fun in this place! Atmosphere was relaxed, tunes were jamming, and just a great experience overall. Samantha was funny and friendly, made us feel right at home. And oh, enjoyed the painting session too! ?

I had never been to a paint night, but it was quite fun at Pinot’s. They have a great set up with a stage and sound system for the artist to teach the class. The instructions were clear and I was surprised the painting turned out so well. The whole process was relaxing. They offered to take requests for music. There was a good amount of time for breaks to speak to your friends too. Booking online was quite straightforward.
