Tucked in the Junction, this shop has an Old Toronto feel with a warm intimate vibe. And the service is always friendly. They're also the only art supply store in Toronto that carries Rublev oil paint - my fav : ) LUV this place!

I email them a couple photos of the oil brushes that I have, told them what I like / dislike, and what I wanted to use the brushes for. They replied to my email promptly with very good suggestions. ARTiculations carries some unique brands that you can't find in the major art supply stores. I bought some Rosemary oil brushes and Michael Harding oil paints (both are UK brands). They are beautiful. I personally think Rosemary is better quality than Raphael (and they are about the same price). Thank you Marie for handpicking the brushes for me and thank you for ARTiculating what I need. Have fun painting!
M	Megan Bray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing and gorgeous store with incredible knowledgable staff that are so helpful and honest (they'll guide you to find the perfect material for the job or the perfect gift) - the staff are working artists and instructors themselves so they know what they're talking about. If they don't have what is best for what you're doing, they will direct you to a place that does - I always start here when looking for anything. The courses are well thought out and affordable, with quality instructors and kits with great supplies to bring home afterwards. Love this place so much and what they do for the community <3

While beautifully put together, it was just too small and too hot/cold/stuffy to really show off all their great number of finer art products. Now at the new location, everything is "just right": the store size for displaying supplies and tools and for running workshops, the space is brighter, and (as always) you are greeted with warm welcomes from helpful attentive staff - perfect. We got so many great ideas for future projects and gifts, but we have to pace ourselves. Congrats on your new fab space!
