They approach with the appointment book and say they don’t have us written in. We show them the phone where it has the date and time we booked and length of the call. We show them the history of calling the shop, every 6 weeks, same length of call. They tell us they have other people booked, have us dry our feet and say they can book us later… ummm no, we already booked. Not our fault they didn’t write it down immediately and forgot. That was an embarrassing/humiliating experience and we won’t be returning. Ever. Very unprofessional. Terrible way to treat clients. On the other hand Q’s Nails did a nice job.
N	Natasha Edwards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this nail salon! i have been getting acrylic nails done for close to 8 year and not once have i been to a salon where they take the time to remember your name, remember details about your life and actually want to know! to add on to the amazing staff they always give me amazing deals, just today for a set that should have been close to 100$ i only had to pay 60$. Pink Nails knows how to run a business
L	Lindsay Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been going there since April and i get acrylics, i always love how they turn out and they do an AMAZING job, everyone there is super nice and the salon is very welcoming. I’ve been to a lot of different nail places in abbotsford but Pink’s is the best by far.
C	Courtney Styba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hated it here. the first time that I went here, the owner did my nails. She gave me a set of acrylics and they were fabulous. They lasted really well. The second time I went, I had a different lady. She painted my nails, and did a set of shellac nails. First off, she didn't speak English so when I asked for black she gave me blue, I didn't realize that it was a dark blue until I got out side. Secondly, she left a huge mess on my nails and when I asked her to file it down because it felt rough, she did a little buff here and there and set me on my way. She charge me full price and left gunk all over my hands. I am so unsatisfied with the product that they gave me, and I will not go back for sure. I was too shy and embarrassed to go back inside and make another scene so I just went home and fixed it all myself. this is what they sent me away with...
