★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is incredible! Great quality nails, clean, on time, relaxing treatment, friendly staff. Had part of my bachelorette here- booked all of the girls to get pedis and a few manis and they accommodated us bringing snacks and relaxing while waiting, playing games, until our limo arrived. They were so accommodating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely un professional, 2 ladies tried to do my french manicure and both of them didn’t know how to do it. They took 2 hours trying to fix the manicure. Still charged me a big amount. It was horrible, they should have just given it to me for free Becuase they wasted so much of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place!!! I have never been able to find a good, honest, and nice nail technician! Until this shop! They are always great at communication in what you want and making sure you arent uncomfortable at any time. They try to talk to you too! and conversate which is so nice!! They really love there work as you can tell by your nails (or whichever appointment you are getting done) I only ever had 1 small issue and it was fixed with no issues at all!! I will always recommend charm to anyone!! Truly a buissness I will always stand behind!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. I came in on Saturday with two of my friends, we made an appointment for full set acrylic nails for each of us. They only did myself and my other friend first..... while my other friend sat there for an hour and a half. By the time they started her they were overly booked and rushed her nails - after she sat in the salon for 3 hours. The nice news is they have us a discount.
I had to come into the salon 4 days after because my mail broke.... after 4 days.. There getting one star because of the rude customer service I got and attitude....
I got poor quality nails that broke after 4 days because your business over booked themselves.... I come back to obviously get is fixed and your rude to your customers who come back to you???
That’s not right and 100% makes me not want to come here ever again.

I have removed my review and am updating because of the extremely professional response I received from the owner Jen. She immediately responded, apologized and offered to correct my nails herself. I was not able to go in to get my nails fixed as I'm dealing with a leak that has caused flooding in my apartment, but I am more than happy with the resolution I received and would definitely give the salon another chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to have acrylic removal and regular polish manicure as I am due to deliver soon. Most rough acrylic removal. Took a chunk of my nail off and proceeded to paint over the blood. No apology.
