★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. So happy I found this place. Most professional lash place I've found in Abbotsford. I feel taken care of and love that there are private rooms for getting your lashes done rather than out in the open. The manager is wonderful and I will definitely be a regular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister went their for eye lash extensions and they charged her 120 dollars for their services! The lady took her (Tanisha)in late because she was 15-20mins behind!!And it took her to do 50min to finish for full volume set!!Next day, lashes started to fall out, not one or two...it was about 13-14 and my sister called the place and explained the situation! They said u have to come for consultation and they said it will be 20 dollars to just look at them considering that we just spent 120 dollars for their services two days ago!! My sisters appt was at 3, she got 10 min late and Tanisha totally refused to see her and was giving lot of attitude and not helpful at all. I would suggest to people please spend your money where there is professionalism and good customer care!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the first time last Saturday for a gel nail fill. Kristina was great but my nails chipped by Thursday. Had to get them redone Monday. Kristina said there was a problem with the colour she used. She redid them Monday and charged me. I was surprised because they messed up and most businesses would keep their customers happy. They chipped again the next day I talked to the owner (Nancy) who offered a $25.00 gift certificate to compensate for $70.00. I wanted a refund. She told me the tec spent so much time doing them again. It is my time too!!!! She basically told me to go somewhere else.

I originally got my lashes filled at Voila lash lounge in abbotsford and they BUTCHERED my lashes, aftet 10 minutes of leaving my appointment all my lashes fell out, they "fixed" them that same day and again they looked horrible within 15 mins. I decided to try this place after lots of research and saw Chanel was the girl to see. Let me tell you, this girl is AMAZING. she did such a killer job i will literally never go to another lash tech lol friendly atmosphere and great people who work there. Im glad i found them!
