This office withheld information about my surgery until i saw what i was paying for and found out that they decided without confirming with me to add another procedure. The Dr i saw works on mondays. He was short and seemed like he hates his job, there was no explanation of how a gum graph would be done or what they were doing until we got upset and demanded it. The front desk ladies messed up the price multiple times and seemed quite out of it. I cancelled all appointments due to my fear that i would get an infection or something else due to the lack of knowledge of the staff especially front desk. i was also told sedation isn’t available here while i can get sedated for a tooth filling next door i cant get sedated for a gum graph? they told me no other oral surgen does sedation other then Adavan little did i know after calling around MOST if not ALL but this place seems to have Nitrous, Adivan and IV options this place just wants your money and doesn’t care for a patients health. Un trustworthy and even tho they get there work done you probably will have to go back to get an infection taken care of cause of the lack of procedure knowledge. very dissatisfied.

Things kept breaking in my mouth even though I was following all the eating guidelines and I was made to feel like it was all my fault. (One time something broke just because i rubbed my cheak for example) and had to wait days for an appointment with metal hanging out of my mouth. Dr Wolk treated me like a child most of the time, not an adult. The only saving grace was the assistant named Lisa. She deserves a million dollar raise for being the only one who treated me like an actual person! Also the ladies at reception are lovely too.

After having some unpleasant experiences in my past with dentists I am always a bit nervous especially for something big like an implant. I can’t say enough about how really great my experience was with Dr. Dahlman and his team. Super friendly and professional. Didn’t even hurt to get the IV needle in. Everybody seemed to know exactly what to do too make the procedure go smoothly and make sure I was okay. I highly recommend them.

I’m a very nervous person when it comes to dentist and I’m having a major procedure done and they are very reassuring which puts me at ease, plus I’m getting knocked out too! Lol ?. They are very efficient and it’s like one big happy family and your there for a visit.

My appointment was super quick only like 45 minutes and everything was done. on my way out i was given all the instructions and prescription to ensure the healing process from getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed went as smoothly as possible .Dr. Dahlman and his team were very professional it was over before i knew it.
