He’s the best!!!!

I just got my upper wisdom teeth removed a week ago by a different oral surgeon here in Abbotsford following my horrific experience with Dr. Dahlman. Now that I have a measuring stick for how wisdom are supposed to properly be removed I will be able to write an accurate review. To sum up some of the major issues quickly: -Bleeding for multiple days after the surgery and the stitches on the right side of my mouth fell apart 2 days after surgery even though I followed the after surgery instructions to a tee -Excessive bruising, swelling and pain on jaw, cheeks and neck -It took multiple tries to get the IV into a very predominant vein in my arm -An X-ray was done ahead of me getting my upper wisdom teeth done and it was determined that a root tip was left behind by Dr. Dahlman. When I asked for a partial refund so that I could get the root tip removed by a different oral surgeon, I was told that they wouldn’t give me a refund but I could have the root tip removed free of charge by Dr. Dahlman. How am I supposed to trust the guy who screwed up the first time? -Made a joke about hurrying because I was his last patient before he left town for a tropical trip. Judging by the result of the work that he did I think it was less of a joke and more of a serious statement It’s not my intention to drag Dr. Dahlman and his clinic through the mud but to actually raise awareness about these issues. I dealt with NONE of these issues with the oral surgeon that just did my upper wisdom teeth. My brother had some similar issues when he had all four of his wisdom teeth removed so I know it’s not just something that just I have experienced. It was a couple of years ago that I had my bottom wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Dahlman so maybe things have changed for the better but the again maybe they haven’t. The only reason that this review is so late is because of how stark the difference was between the experience with Dr. Dahlman and the oral surgeon that just did my upper wisdom teeth a week ago. I would not recommend Dr. Dahlman to anybody based off of my personal experience.

To day I had a appointment with Dr. Dahlman Specialists to find out if my gum was sufficient seize for a Implant. I have some implants now and have knowledge what is required and what a dentist has to do. I previously had Dr. Dahlman remove a tooth sliver from having a tooth removed which was missed and caused me a abscess. I found him then very honest, down to earth with advise and plain instructions. He gave me a same day appointment to remove the splinter and do the operation. This was very much appreciated as I took his excellent advise. Today 28 Oct 2021 this Dr. D. Dahlman explain in clear details from showing me my gum where a implant might be from a x-ray taken also today. Again his advise was much appreciated, and easy to understand and gave me wellness towards my feelings and my financial status. I would recommend him to my family and friends. I could tell by the staff they liked this Dr. and his demeaner to work for him in this clinic. I also spoke to a previous customer before leaving and this man also stated he was well looked after and appreciated Dr. Dalman honesty and advise. (GAK)
