I came back because I wanted to support a local place. I went in to pick up our order and they looked great but one of the fames was dented in three spots. When we showed them, the woman working there said they would replace it. Then the owner got involved. He was pushy and overbearing and has no idea how to deal with a customer. My husband inquired about a discount because of the inconvenience of having to come back again for the fixed frame. The owner then told us we had to either by both or none. He tried to tell us because the frames are wood they can be dented. Personally I think when you buy something it shouldn't start out damaged. He was unhinged and totally turned us off this place. Its too bad. I think the staff are great and they do some good work.
L	Liat Skribovski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for 2 36”x36” mirror wide, elegant, rich looking frames. One was balsam the other grey( I gave him the colour swatch). The owner Vasili told me that it is not a picture frame and it will not look good as a wide frame. I believed him... When I got the frames, they looked terrible, on a big mirror 1” frame and the colour was wrong, it had a gold trims, and instead of 2 hooks it had a wire which made it lean forward ( it was to heavy for a wire frame). I brought the mirrors back ( I took a picture of each of them so prove there were no damages) and asked to redo them with 3 “ frames. He was not happy but said that he will reimburse me for the frames. He did it with the black mirror, but he did not have the right colour for the other mirror and told me to wait because he needs to go through his catalogs . I waited for 2 weeks and every time I called he said that he is to busy and does not have time. He did not care that I do not have a mirror in my shower. I found a right mirror somewhere else . Vasili never reimbursed me for the other mirror, he said that I brought back a damaged frame which is not true . Horrible experience, never shop at Picture Frame Factory , they cause you to much aggravations. -Ida Elster

The owners are professional, passionate, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back for future art and frames.
