The final outcome was outstanding. The artwork arrived within a couple of weeks, packed extremely well. My husband and I were absolutely blown away by the quality of the image. Very happy with the experience in every way. Will do more printing on acrylic with Pictorem.

They showed up with good recommendations in different sources and the website was clear and easy to use. Their service was just horrible, though. Tracking the status of your order on the site it stayed as "ready to print" for a couple of weeks. When I asked for an update they changed the status to printing, but nothing happened. Basically every time I asked for an update they would update the status, but no action was taken for another week. I finally received the print after 1 month of my order and to my surprise it was defective. It was like the ink of the printer was depleted and 20% of the print was basically translucent. I've complained and they said the problem was that I requested my print "without review / adjustments", which would have costed extra. Seriously?!? I got fed up and asked for a refund. Had to send the defective print back at my own expenses, even though they have screwed it up. The whole time they acted as they were doing me a favor. And of course the refund only happened weeks later after I complained again. Glad I just did one of the many prints I had in mind in order to test the service.

I was very worried about it arriving in time so I emailed customer service thinking I was never going to hear back or get my canvas. David emailed me back right away and said he would rush the canvas. Right after that, I got a tracking number and I just got my gorgeous canvas in the mail with a week to spare. It was packaged up perfectly. I am so thankful!!

I called about getting it fixed and was able to talk to the CEO! Amazing customer service. They immediately were going to reprint my photo and send me entire new picture and I did not need to return the damaged picture. I could not be more pleased and ordering additional prints.

This is our third positive experience with Pictorem, and Fabien went way beyond the call of duty to optimize an otherwise foggy and unusable photo. He seemed to personally care about how our acrylic and wood prints turned out. I have used 5 different companies over the years for my photo art and Pictorem has by far been the most responsive and engaged with consistently outstanding work. Kudos to a great company and staff. :-)

I spoke to Eric who worked on my image and the level of professionalism and catering that was present all throughout the processing of my order… blew my mind! Honestly will buy more. Not to mention they have a platform that is original and no one else in the printing industry offer. They are most definitely of their own league. I recommend this website for artists, home designers and regular people who want to print their family photo. Thank you tons. Honestly
