I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst customer service ever. My package has been delayed for over 3 weeks and no one could give me a delivery date. The delivery date keeps pushing back for over 3 weeks and every day it says “expected by the end of day.” They blame everything on the pandemic. FedEx and Canada post are way better with little to no delay. NEVER CHOOSE UPS!!!!!

I would just like to make a complain about the employee working at this store in Brossard QC. I did not get her name, but she was working both yesterday 21 dec and today 22 dec, I would just like to voice my concern over her incompetence at her job. I was trying to mail a very important UPS laboratory package to the USA from Canada and I went to the Store to insure that no information was missing and that I was doing to correct procedure to mail the item, she talked down to me, ignored my concern for my package and blew me off. She posted the label in the incorrect position and when I told her she told me It would be fine. When I asked if there was anything else I needed to do she basically pushed me out of the store, she was unprofessional, impatient and uncaring. This was all so important because my package was time sensitive and needed to be overnighted. Later that evening I got a notification that my package was being returned to sender. Which means that my package would no longer be good to send to the USA. My sample was ruined, not only that I will have to pay more money for collection kits to be send to me and then pay more to try and mail it back. I got the package back and it said that is was missing the documentation required to send it as well as a thermal label. The employee should have known this, it was her job to give me the documentation which just confirms that she doesn’t know what she is doing and needs to undergo more training or something to make her take it seriously. She doesn’t take pride in her job, doesn’t like it, doesn’t care about the customers, and she doesn’t even know what she is doing. I am so shocked by her lack of professionalism and skills that I had to file a complaint, to someone, anyone who would read it.

MY PARCEL FROM APPLE ARRIVED AT BROSSARD UPS TERMINAL ON 14th. OF OCTOBER, TODAY IT IS 6th.OF NOVEMBER MY HOME IS LESS THAN 3 MILES FROM BROSSARD, NO SIGHN OF DELIVERY. YOU CAN NOT EVEN TALK TO ANY ONE THERE, SPEAK TO VIRTUAL ASSISTANT, WHAT A NONSENSE. I HAVE CALLED APPLE AND THEY ARE SENDING ME ANOTHER PARCEL IS WHICH WILL ARRIVE ONLY BETWEEN DECEMBER 1st. and 14th. of DECEMBER. UPS IS HOPELESS COMPNY, I AM SURPRISE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS, IF I COULD ONLY GIVE NEGATIVE 5 RATING IT WILL BE JUSTIFY-ABLE.

Horrendous service, the owners both husband and wife are pompous and arrogant. I really wish none of my packages ever get stored here again. UPS needs to cut these people off. Minus a hundred stars. Absolutely the worst!

Looks like I'm not the only one to give 1 star. You'd think they'll improve. Ridiculous service, not worth a dime. I don't know who's worse them or the customer service. When someone asks for delivery it's because they need items delivered not picked up !! Open Monday to Friday 9-5 , closed on weekends!!!! Are people expected to take a day off work to visit your store and pick up their item ???? called 3 times to have the parcel re-delivered. On the 3 occasions I was assured that it was done !! Guess what ? I still haven't received the package. Awful service, and the audacity to ask you to stay on line for a survey !!! You don't deserve a second more !!
