May be this shop is good at art shot!!! But why you need add identity photo service to your list, when you don't look at your customer's face after the shot, and don't let the customer check it. We thought you are so good at this, and my face is ok. After 10 minutes I received the 3 photos, I already leaved, and I was so frustrated. I know I am not look good, but I would try my best face. I don't want to say the photographer turned out to be a nonprofessional, but I am so sure she don't have the attitude for work. I just want to say the photos quality are so terrible. Why do I go to a shop to take electronic identity photo, because I think you are good at it, I was wrong. I paid extra online to modify the photo, you website said the if the photo is rejected they will re-shot the photo for free, you think we have time for this? The only standard for you is to not rejected, but not by your customer's satisfaction. I asked a refund by email, and refused for a refund, i didn't even ask for all refund, I only ask 2 of them to be refund since it is not bearable, the 3rd photo is only bearable and I didn't ask for a refund, thank you for make a identify photo bearable. You replay told me that "Since they are identity pictures, it’s normal that the picture doesn’t take a lot of time to take if it was good from the start since the aesthetical aspect is not taken into consideration for government documents. " You only took like 3 seconds for each person, and you can at least ask for you customer to have a look, you can write only 3 try maximum on your website or before service, you don't give me ANY choice, that is totally not fair for 25 dollar identity photo in the 2022, let see how many people would come for a identity photo. If you think you are so high end, just raise the money for the service. Don't give excuses for your lack of professional service.

I only got here to Magenta cause my photographer live a little bit far and couldn’t take my baby there. On the rating section of the web site I just saw that it is a 5 stars studio but unfortunately didn’t pay attention to the comment section to know about other’s stories. It is true that you have to take care of your hair your jewelry, your collar, clothes, dress, sleeves, etc if everything is well presented during the photography if not the photographer really doesn’t care and will ask you just to pose in different ways quickly and that goes very fast that i didn’t even have time to take care of my hair etc during the photoshoot. The most frustrating is that Regardless of how many photos you decide to choose (buy)…the retouching service is not included and you have to pay separately for that. Which means I paid $450.00 just for the photos taken which are not even going to be retouched or anything. Never returning here again!

I had good experience with photography and the final product was good too. I thought I had bought a promotion online but apparently the website was not very clear and team there informed me that I should have got another email on booking a promotion & I had just paid a deposit. Anyways ended up paying in full. So just a word of caution and double check what you are buying. Overall good experience and appreciate staff going over the photos with me patiently.

You pay in advance but it's been a month and I still didn't receive my photos that were taken after the season. Nobody answers my emails. During the photo-shoot a photographer never tells you if your hair, clothes, etc are fine as they'll ask you additional charge after to fix it. You need to be a photo-model if you want to have good photo: you are the one responsible for hair, clothes, make up, posture, the whole look. Not much left for a photographer, isn't it? Price is too high for this service. It wasn't the end of the story. They didn't say that in advance to me just "we will send the photos, note that during pandemic Canada post can take longer". At that time they forgot to mention that Canada post send back to the studio, not to you and you have to "take an appointment" to be able to pick up printed photos "to help us limit the amount of people in our store and prevent you from waiting outside." During pandemic it is "the best" solution and very client-oriented. When I called, they didn't pick up. I had to go without an appointment. At the studio there wasn't any client but me, nobody cared and I had to wait till a lady will be done teaching new stuff. Wow. Unfortunately it was the worst service I've ever had, and this is with the most boring studio decorations on its' last legs (mostly none). Very disappointing.
