Simple problem...needed a new battery on my Harley V-Rod.Their battery was not installed properly so my bike went dead a week later and could not be charged. While doing the work the tech found a mouse nest in the air cleaner and said he would remove it. To solve my problem I took my bike to Harley Sherbrooke.I explained about Picotte removing a mouse nest and asked that they do a deep inspection to see what wiring may have been damaged.A few minutes later the service manager appeared actually laughing. Their tech had found a broken pole on the poorly installed new battery plus the offending mouse nest.I called Picotte and spoke with Steve...I was told I would be credited for the work and cost of battery. Two days later I brought them the battery they had supplied. I was greeted by a very hostile Steve. After a total denial re the nest somehow the broken post was my fault and Steve stated that he was being screwed. I was grudgingly reimbursed after 40 minutes of heated discussion. Stay clear of this shop.TERRIBLE SERVICE AND AN EVEN WORSE MANAGER !!!
