I had been shopping around for a used piano lately, so far this one is the best store in town. reasonable pricing and excellent service, highly recommended.

Strongly recommended! Just got a decent Kawai upright piano BS20 from them. We have been in the market for a couple of months. This is the only store we have the experience beyond our expectations. The staff are nice, professional and knowledgable. They were patient and not eager to close the sale, instead, they have advised a lot to my family about what we need to prepare for a wonderful piano learning journey. Thanks to Kristin for all the valuable information. Thanks to Victor for coming to my house to check the moving access. I know it was super difficult to move the piano to the 2nd floor of a townhouse. Anyway, we made it.

After three separate visits and countless hours in the store, we bought a beautiful piano that is exactly what we were looking for. The piano was within our budget, and meets our needs perfectly. Our two boys (11 and 13 years old) are very happy with our new purchase. The staff who helped us from the beginning till the end (Victor) was very helpful, patient and not pushy at all. He allowed us to test all the pianos in the store (there were more than 20!), and we even came back another day to test more. We even had to make a third visit just to satisfy our inquiries! All the pianos are used, but extremely well conditioned. Their prices are competitive, but Victor gave us awesome discounts due to the Boxing Week sale. At the end of our search for the perfect piano, we decided on a 37 year old grand upright basic-conditioned piano and we are very happy with our new purchase. Although it is not fully conditioned as some of the other pianos in the store, ours was very well kept and barely used. Victor was very helpful in helping us understand the piano inside and out. He was very transparent with all details, and did not withhold any information. We even had same-day delivery! The only minor drawback was the transporting of the piano by their movers. They are very analytical when it comes to the access to the house, especially the number of steps needed to enter the premise. They had incorrectly counted our steps, and caused a bit of confusion. Instead of four steps, they reported an extra step which they wanted to charge us extra for houses with more than three steps. However, Victor was very courteous and professional about this minor issue. He dismissed the extra charge, which shows great customer service. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to buy a piano.

Absolutely 5 stars! If you are upgrading your piano, this is a must-go store. The staff is very nice, patient and knowledgeable. I was fully informed why my old piano was not working in a good condition and why their used pianos are in great showroom condition but affordable price. It saved me a lot. We sent a technician to inspect the pianos. He said this is the best used piano store in Greater vancouver because of their professional reconditon work on each piano. We had been looking for a long time for a used quality piano but found the prices were quite high and selection limited until we came across the Piano Superstore. I made an appointment to view the pianos and met with Victor who spent over 1.25 hours going over what to look out for when purchasing a used piano and the differences between fully conditioned vs. basic conditioned pianos. He was very informative and there was no pressure to buy and he encouraged me to come back with my sons (both Gr8 level RCM) to try out the pianos before making any decisions to make sure they were part of the selection process. Victor was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful and seems to really know his pianos. I went back twice to try the pianos and even brought our piano teacher friend with me to examine and try the pianos, she was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pianos for the price and said she would refer her students to the Piano Superstore if they were looking for a new piano We decided on a basic conditioned 28 year old Yamaha U3 and the transaction was smooth afterwards with payment through to delivery to our house. It has been two weeks now since we purchased it and so far the kids are really enjoying their new piano - they say they really enjoy the feel and sound of the piano and they have been playing more. My friend introduced this shop to me. The service is thru-train, from moving to tuning. Also, they are very efficient. I bought on Saturday, the piano was home on Sunday already. The saleslady Christy is super nice providing lots of information. Great shop, great piano.
