★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I currently have had some issues with lower back pain, and have worked with both the physiotherapist and massage therapist at this location. I always feel better and stronger after my visits, and would recommend their services to anybody. The staff are incredibly friendly, and I feel like they are invested in my full recovery. Thank you to everybody at the Queens Quay location for making me feel healthier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Arif and his staff are very professional and caring. I have been attending Physio One for some time and they are my go to clinic for Chriopractor and physiotherapy treatments! Shauna is amazing with handling all my insurance documents also!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikita is a very dedicated, caring, and efficient physiotherapist. My first appointment with her was about a sciatica pain in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. In four sessions I was already feeling 100%. Then, she helped me with TMJ and with only one session I had no pain.

the best physiotherapist I have ever been to.
Her thorough examination and assessment are surpassed only
by the actual physical therapy she administers. And it was a pleasant surprise to have it all backed up by her digital exercise routines.
And, while I am at it, it is great to have Dr. Arif helping me sort out my aging feet problems with 0RTH0TICS while advising me about some 0RTH0-SH0ES too. I had not seen him in 2 years and it is good to be back solving my *foot* problems with him again. - - - dan[p].

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started going here for Physio and Active Therapy about 6 months ago with knee pain from working out. The staff have been amazing and are always very friendly! They are very knowledgeable and attentive and have helped me to be able to return to my regular activities, would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing care at PT1. Had back issues sitting for long periods working at home during these challenging times. The PT1 Team provided excellent stretching concepts and therapeutic treatment to provide comfort. Ready to go for that bike ride!!!

I was a patient of Nikita, who was the best physical therapist I have ever had. She understands that every patient is different not only physically but mentally. After 2 years of chronic pain in my SI I had come to terms with the fact that I will continue living a life of pain, but Nikita changed that. I AM SO HAPPY TO SAY THAT I NO LONGER SUFFER FROM CHRONIC PAIN!
I saw Nikita for my knee as well where she knew exactly how to motivate me and keep me motivated. I progressed safely and steadily, and whenever I had a flare up we would ease up a little bit but keep progressing. Nikita was particularly amazing when it came to those moments when I did have a flare up, when I was down, disappointed, discouraged and angry. She always had just the right thing to say to comfort me while motivating me to get back to it and always reminded me not to be hard on myself or my body. Not many physical therapists understand that healing is not just physical but equally mental and emotional, Nikita are one of the few that do.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND PHYSICAL THERAPY ONE AND ESPECIALLY NIKITA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Dr. has diagnosed me with Tendonosis elbow. She recommended treatment with Physical Therapy One. Thanks to the excellent treatment with Nikita Panda-Banka the condition has improved... Nikita also provided me with home remedies, ice and exercise... Thanks to Physical Therapy One the pain is reduced. From the moment you arrive and receive a happy greeting from Kathryn until you leave after treatment, it is a happy healthy experience. Thank you.!!!
