Terrible money making practice. Dont go there! I asked Dr sanghera to be a referee for my dentist GDC application for the uk. They charged me 50$ immediately then would talk about the task. When asked the practice to reply to GDC emails they declined saying we dont do that. When asked to sign certain parts of said gdc form, Dr. Sanghera declined. so what did you charge me for? And now GDC rejected my application. i want my refund! Terrible service. Dr sanghera was REALLY rude about it all(many other reviews also comment on her rude attitude. Which i just came across recently. She was always hard to reach. Not how a family dr should behave. Images of chat with manager at clinic

Update: I posted this review TWO years ago, and still regularly have to go without my medication for a chronic health issue because of the ineptitude of this practice. I've spent hours of my life trying to facilitate prescription refills. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR HEALTHCARE NEEDS. Original review: The support staff is very unorganized here. I've been without my required medication for nearly a week due to their incompetence on passing on prescription requests. Though my doctor is great, I really wish she was back with her old practice where these things went much more smoothly.

I honestly cannot believe that this clinic is still operational. While my doctor was pretty good, she left and since it is proving IMPOSSIBLE to book an appointment. The voice mail keeps referring me to their new online booking platform however when I try to book via the booking system it says "Your clinic does not currently allow appointments to be booked online." UNREAL! In a time when we so desperately need the support of our medical professionals it is beyond frustrating to not be able to connect with anyone to book an appointment. And the icing on the cake is that whenever I DO connect with a receptionist they are SO RUDE. It's brought me to tears. If it wasn't impossible to find a doctor in Toronto, I'd bail on this clinic so quickly.

My experience with the receptionist every time i try to book an appointment i have to call several times before i get a response. when put on hold phone disconnects, then when i phone back i get busy signal. i am really frustrated with receptionist services. please follow up. This makes a stressful environment. makes me upset when i have to book an appointment.

Very difficult to book an appointment with exorbitant wait times. Calling the receptionist is almost useless, as they either will put you on hold for 20 minutes, or not even answer at all and let it go to voicemail. The email address is also unmonitored and cannot be used to send files to the doctor's... The doctors themselves are great, but as a business I would recommend avoiding.

My personal experience with the clinical staff is positive especially with my doctor, she's a gem. As with others who previously commented, the front desk staff really needs to tighten up and exhibit better professional etiquette. I was mortified when I recently and in the past experienced one of the ladies at the front desk literally bellowed my entire home address for the office and probably patients waiting in doctor sitting rooms could hear. A better and discrete alternative to loudly receiting my personal home address would have been for her to ask 'has your address changed?' OR 'is your address still the same?' and if there was a change to my address then ask me to either write it down on a piece of paper OR have me produce a piece of identification with the new address on it. I get it, wearing masks and the large plastic shield at the front desk makes it hard to hear people but personal and confidential information such as home address needs to be better protected. I understand front desk positions are stressful, demanding, exhausting and emotionally taxing BUT many others have commented about their negative experience with the front desk staff at this clinic, this is long overdue its time for the clinic to address and fix these issues.

I loved my doctor but she has recently moved on and I now have a doctor I can't get an appointment with. Don't even know his name (he was assigned to me). I've called multiple times and no answer. I've left a message requesting an appointment and no one has called me back and it's been over a week. I will be moving on and I would advise anyone thinking of going here to think twice if what you're looking for is care and dedication to patients.

Hello all, I am new to this Clinic but not new to my Doctor who has just joined this Clinic. It’s been a bit challenging getting registered etc… but it seems everything is now resolved and on-line communications working well. As usual the service and response from my Doctor is excellent and appreciated. The Front Office Staff seems to have improved significantly as well in terms of accessibility and response. Good luck in improving even more!
