E	Elnaz Ghafoori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of pictures were average. They didn't do any touch up. Very basic stuff like cropping and rotating were the only touch up they did on my pictures. They basically have a good camera and a small room for photo shooting. No props. We were booked for a late session in the afternoon and upon our (early) arrival we were rushed into the room and were told that our time is very limited. We had a package bought from them a while back ago and when we went to use it, they told us that they no longer provide any prints (which was the main point that we bought the package at the first point). After some lengthy negotiations we ended up getting an extra digital picture for free. Overall, I do not recommend this studio for anything other than passport photos. It was a waste of money and time for us and in the end we did not enjoy the whole experience.

First time getting photos done so I was unsure of the price for them so when they told me it would be $34 I was like sure why not. I get home and the wife said she got hers done at staples for $15. Nothing like getting ripped off at christmas for 2 little less than wallet size photos. Walmart photo studio is the scrooge to my christmas this year. Shop around. Update: Walmart is now advertising passport photos for $12.97 guess they got sick of all the bad reviews about their prices.

There were 2 people there waiting for passports too and she helped everyone super fast. When I asked her about their packages she explained to me very well, will definitely recommend this place and get more in-studio photos done in the near future.
K	Ksenya Kharnam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passport photos are very expensive, paid over $100 for family of 4 (2 adults+2 kids). Afterwards we came for "FREE" photoshoot in studio that they gave us. Very poor quality of photos with no touch ups at. Only ONE digital photo was free and each one other cost us $30+. Will never go back!

After submitted photos got rejected by government , then went to Walmart photo center took photos but being told they don't take infant passport photos. Came to this studio last week and took their passport photos again, $28 for each but the quality was much better than Costco. Photos all got passed and we got a free session for family photo. Thankfully we didn’t miss our trip because the passport photos. I assuming for passport photos the quality is the most important, will visit this store again. Much appreciaation.
M	Mark Shiu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, charging more at checkout instead of what we agreed on. We were taking passport photos and Chinese visa photos for our infant child. We were told the Chinese visa photos cost $20 (discounted after passport photos), and the price list is $30. At checkout, the person told us that it requires an extra photo, so they charged us twice, which is $40 for the Chinese visa. We ended up paying around $70 + tax, which was not the original price we were told. Very disappointed.
L	Linda B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I even begin.. We had an appointment to take family photos and showed up 15 mins before the appointment as stated in the email. Upon our arrival the place was closed. We waited for about 25 mins before asking a Walmart employee to call someone for us. Once someone came out to speak to us we were told that they have been having technical difficulties and someone should have called us to cancel the appointment. At this point we were very disappointed because we drove all the way there with 2 young kids just to be told that our appointment should have been cancelled. The employee then told us that he'd only be able to take cash since the system was down. We agreed because I wanted to get it over with. We tried taking the pictures and realized it wasn't going to work since we were hoping for some family photos when in reality this place is only meant for stand still graduation or passport like pictures and with a baby and toddler it was nearly impossible especially with only 1 adult taking the pictures and no one else to get their attention while doing so. The gentleman working there was kind and apologetic and we understood that it wasn't his fault but we were VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED. I will NOT be going back. Waste of my time.
