The lady charged me $5 extra for extensions when she wasn't even clear at first, so i totally misunderstood. Then when she finished my set of acrylic nails, my left nails were longer than my right and was so uneven and gross.. i had to file it myself ! $45 for such ugly nails..
S	Sarvenaz M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first try here for mani pedi, the girl did a nice design on my feet but she literally finished my both mani pedi in 30 mins, which means she rushed me and did not scrub and did not remove all of my nail cuticles throughly! As for my manicure it’s now 3 days passed and all of my cuticles are worst and I don’t know what she did but my skin is peeling around my nails and it’s painful. I will NOT be returning here and I don’t know about more complex work but such basic service could not be delivered properly!

A few of my fake nails were clearly the WRONG size and I noticed 2 of the women trying to find the correct sizes of nails in a random bag but didn't care. In addition one of the nails was so crucuid, looked like a child glued it on. Also she refused to give me the oval shape I asked for telling me the nails weren't long enough which was pure B.S, she just didn't want to do extra work. When I got home, i had to shape my nails myself which I had JUST paid to get done. Being friendly DIDNT work as she seemed irritated. After paying, I still left her a tip. Needless to say I'll NEVER go back.
M	Miriam David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my eyebrows and nails done a few times. They don't even trim the eyebrows, they just wax. They don't listen to the instructions you give them. When I went to get my nails. I asked for short and the lady kept convincing me to keep them long because she was to lazy to go any shorter. The job was rushed and one nail was slanted. I WOULD never recommend. They price based on what they feel and they over charge like crazy. Not to mention how rude some of these ladies are. Speaking different languages and starring right at you. Do no waste your time nor money here. Go towards the longos plaza the women there are so MUCH better and so MUCH nicer and they do an AMAZING JOB.

My friend got her nails done right away and was told that they did not have time for dipping nails so she would have to get shellac. I got dipping nails and asked for ombre, the lady doing my nails said no we can’t do that. I have gotten ombre before, so I told her yes she could and that I wanted ombre. She rolled her eyes and did half of my nails, she did a terrible job and rushed through it… halfway through my service, she said “I have another appointment, you will have to wait for someone else to do your nails”…. I waited a minimum of 25 minutes and then someone finally came to finish my nails. She rushed through and did not do my ombre. I have to go get my colour changed elsewhere as I told her that I did not want bright nails. My friend was 8 months pregnant and her having to sit and wait for me to be finished was very uncomfortable for her. I am a regular there and come atleast twice a month. I am very upset that I was put second to another appointment, when I had an appointment before that person. My mom was a regular there as well and has received poor service in the last month and has decided to go elsewhere. I even brought my friend there as I had told her you guys did a great job. Unfortunately, I will not be back as I feel I was not treated well at all. Update - my nail is already broken... 4 days later.
J	Jessica-Riley Joerges on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had an issue here. Even if I screw up and damaged or chip my nails, they fix it for free. This is the only place where I get more than 10 days out of gel nails. I normally can go 3-4 weeks here, which is great! The ladies are also super friendly. Anyone who says otherwise just didn't take the time to talk to them. I've been going here for over 6 years now. Thanks for keeping my nails beautiful ladies!
A	Ami Brahmakshatriya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff speaks their own Asian language. Not satisfied with manicure service. Shallac in hand was ok, not the bright and shiny one. Everyone was giving payment by credit card, when my turn came up, service provider said something (in Asian language) to the staff member, and that lady asked only cash or 15% more on credit or debit. She has to tell me earlier before starting the services.
