K	Kayla Pirishova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a spot for my daughters birthday here but with the new Covid regulations I had to unfortunately cancel her party (3 weeks in advanced) they informed me that the $150 was non refundable (which is understandable) but they wouldn’t allow me use that deposit towards a gift card so my daughter can use the facility. Instead we’re forced to throw her a party or lose the deposit.

Also, what irked me the most was when I first checked in, the receptionist didn't tell me there would be a birthday party within an hour and we'd be kicked out. Had I known that going in, I would not have wasted nearly $20 for just an hour. Definitely not coming here again. Just wished they would be upfront about this.
A	Anita S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 29th Dec 2021 We just got back from here and unfortunately once our 2 year old was in it was difficult to leave. I asked the woman how often the place was cleaned and she said everyday. She lied. We were first there in the morning (only 2 other small families came after us) and there were dust everywhere, dirty floors, hair ties and plastic bits on the floor, pubic hair on the toilet seat. The cleaning standards were so poor and we expected more especially with covid and we tried this place because it seemed newer than others so thought it would have good clean standards - very wrong. Don't bother getting a coffee. Normal coffee and powdered cream is just not worth it to me but that was the least of our worries. We left earlier than expected. Will not be returning and if you are worried about cleanliness and gave safe clean standards because of covid, then don't bother. I did tell the woman and she was very nice throughout our stay but said she was away for a few days and she will tell her colleagues. No excuse especially these days.
Y	Yu Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nov 15th, 2020 Sunday We took our daughter to this Laugh Out Loud Kids Indoor Playground in Aurora, and my daughter had a good time and enjoyed the time in playground. The playground is nice and bright, and also spacious. All facilities are clean and wrapped with soft protection foam. There is cafeteria area with tables and chairs for resting, and washroom is available.
L	Luisa D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cute decor and fun slides and play scapes to keep kids busy. Unfortunately, I have to report that the ball pit was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. So many of the balls were covered in hair and I found so many hair balls. My two year old even picked out the balls with hair and looked grossed out. The steps going up to the slides were also dirty and had a visible amount of hair on them. Lastly, I had to change my child’s diaper and the washroom at the back of the gym which is the only bathroom with a change table was absolutely DISGUSTING. There was used paper towel all over the floor, the garbage was overflowing, and it had no clean paper towel to use after washing our hands. I had to take my child to the bathrooms at the front to wash our hands.

The place is actually larger than I had expected from the outside and the variety of activities is really great with climbing, sliding, and pretend play. The play place is clean and inviting with welcoming staff. We have actually visited a few times and had great experiences each visit.
J	Jeremy Dang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw this place when we were shopping at Carter's next door. Compared to other indoor playground places, this is perhaps the cleanest and newest looking place. The slides are a lot of fun as well as the interactive screen with the pool of balls. Overall, a great place. I do think adult admission should not be as high.
