★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love this UPS store! I've been there twice & the owner, Shobha is warm, welcoming & helpful. Unlike other UPS stores where I was neither greeted nor acknowledged, or given a funny look when I waited for my packages to be scanned, this one is the complete opposite! I was acknowledged, greeted, asked if I needed a dolly, my packages were scanned & I was asked if I wanted a receipt. This is customer service! Not to mention uber close to my dwelling. This will be the only UPS store I use in the area.

But when I asked Canada Post lady for international express mail, she recommended this shop and I found that UPS offer faster, reliable, even better rate than Canada Post. The owner was very professional and patient throughout the shipping process. The shop provide passport photo, printing, mailbox services as well, one-stop office service. I used to go other places for those services because I never knew that, but definitely would like to recommend this place to Aurora people.

I also used their fax service a couple of times and it's been a wonderful experience every time. Professional services and reasonable prices. Highly recommend this UPS store!
