Arrived at 7:35 PM and kiosk was supposed to be open until 8. It wasn't there. Wasted time and gas :(

They follow protocols during COVID as best as they can. Super friendly staff even with the rush of the holidays.

Tried to explain to the staff that I had ordered a package to be shipped to my ex house for my daughter (winter bedding for Bed Bath and Beyond). My address didn’t match the shipping address but my name is clearly on the package. I also have 2 notifications on my phone alerting me the package has arrived. I can provide a confirmation email. I can also show the payment on my credit that would match the attached receipt, furthermore I had my ex on the phone who sent a photo of his ID, despite all this it is against their policy to release the package that I’ve paid for. This is so frustrating, especially with unfriendly staff. I called into customer server to deal with another human that was equally as ridiculous as the first. Again. The situation. I have ordered and paid for sheets for my daughter that will live at my ex’s house so I had them delivered there, yet I am unable to claim the package that I paid for. Maybe these black and white policies need to be addressed to become more inclusive of individuals situations. I get very little time off of work and would like to enjoy the day. I do not get why picking up a package has to be so difficult. I ordered it online to free up my afternoon and spend it with my child, not to deal with 3 customer serves reps, spend over an hour on hold and still not have her sheets in my possession. It’s a massive waste of time. Bed Bath and Beyond was helpful and are now re-sending it to my place. Purlator you create drama where there doesn’t need to be any. I think my name on my ID + confirmation emails + credit card statement showing the transaction + showing you my ex’s ID + having him on the phone is MORE then enough to release a package worth $100.00

It's 1:00 pm I'm sitting here but there is no truck around. Can't waste my day waiting them to show up.

5 stars for convenience, but 3 stars off for the lady working the truck on Thurs, Dec 2 at 7:30 pm as she was not very friendly or courteous. My first time using the service to return some Amazon items and her whole demeanor was just off-putting... like she didn't enjoy being there. I told her it was my first time using the service and she just deadpans that it's "everyone's first time".. full stop. Love the convenience but service with a smile would go a long way.

Showed up at 1pm. They didnt arrive until 1:10 pm . There was a line of 4 cars waiting for them. The lady was very rude and said they had to get their coffee first. No apology. Only made us feel like we inconvenienced them.

Try not to believe most bad reviews / but this place is terrible. I went at 7:30. They act like I'm there too late as they are leaving. I say you are open til 8. Lady throws my package at me..it breaks/ then she says it's my fault and slams back door. I go around to knock on window/ she refuses to open it. I stand there as calling Purolator and she drives away..it wasn't even 8 yet but she so mad and leaves . I have broken glass package. I will report
