★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just started using A&B Courier not too long ago because I just couldn't take Canada Post anymore with their guaranteed delivery times with express shipping. A&B has been the best price, the best service, and the best customer service experience I have had. The people who come and pick up the packages for delivery is so nice!!! I'm so happy I found them, this company is a gem compared to big giant companies like Fedex and alike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING - their tracking service is unreliable, you have to call in.
I had a large order from a reputable company (GBC) who used a&b to send me the order. GBC sent me a tracking number and I waited for the delivery.
Every day there was no delivery, but the tracking system updated to say it would come the next day....I had no way to know there was a problem...
After the 3rd missed delivery, I had to chase a&b to sort it out....they'd handed the shipment to another company and gotten the contact info wrong.
Interesting that a&b didn't call GBC to fix their mistake, apologize, or offer a solution. Poor accountability in my opinion.
Thankfully GBC solved the problem with a shipping refund. A&b was a wholly negative experience.
