My favourite vape store in Sault Ste. Marie! I love their green machine juice and they have always gone way above and beyond to help me with any issues that come up. They are very knowledgeable and truly care about their customers. One day I went in with my aspire cleito tank that was about a year old (not purchased from them) complaining that it was leaking and I wanted a new tank. The employee working said the Cleito is actually one of the more reliable tanks and that he wants me to try a few things before giving up on my tank. He gives me a complimentary new mesh coil to try and advises me to try poking a few pinholes in the regular coils I had left, and if that doesn’t work I should buy a new one. I really appreciated the service I got. The mesh coil ended up improving the leaking a little bit but not completely, I did end up buying a new tank. Sadly I went to vapor trend that opened by my house (across from NoFrills) and I deeply regret it. They recommended a SMOK product to me, which I had never tried before and there has been nothing but problems - 3 dud coils in my first 5 pack - an entire tank of liquid leaked out on the first night - and they sold me 6mg juice instead of 3 that I asked for. I went back there to ask for help with the coils and they ended up wrecking the last functional coil I had and telling me to email SMOK corporate for help and did nothing for me. Did not even replace my one coil that originally had worked for 3 days , or the juice they dumped out to fiddle around with it. I left that place worse off than I went in! They gave me some bs story about how coils are like cigarettes and sometimes you get a faulty pack.. (i smoked for almost 10 years and never had one bad cigarette lol not even with native cigarettes) I won’t ever go back. Upon returning to Phat Boy I was told that SMOK products are well known for problems and that’s why they carry one of them. They try to only carry products they believe in. They said to always keep my receipts when buying them in case I have problems.. and not to cheat on them again. I definitely won’t be. I will go little farther to support Phat Boy rather than Vapor Trend because it’s obvious which company cares about their customers over their bottom line.

Great experience, cant wait to set off the fireworks we bought. Nicole helped me pick out a show based on the budget I provided. She was fantastic in helping me out.

Dont go here they will sell u the wrong stuff and tell u no refunds. Also my vape broke after 1 week and no help here. Juice on the loose said they would take it back...id go there.
