L	Lori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this vape store on June 14 2021 and asked if they carried the smok nord 2 and sweetleaf or jackman. The woman who answered the phone said they did. When i got there they did have a nord 2 but no jackman or sweetleaf. The woman told me if there was anything wrong with the vape i could return it for a full refund within 30 days. I live 2 hours away from Hanover. The vape didn't work and i had to buy another one when i got home. I went to return the vape that didn't work, on June 20th. The same woman was at the store but she didn't know how to do a refund. She called her boss who said she couldn't give a refund, only another nord 2, of which i have no use. Terrible customer service, the only reason i will ever go back there is if the new vape i have no use for doesn't work. Zero stars.

I also had to buy in the big cities due to work but nowhere compares to the service you get here! Also, I drive to Hanover now because he has a 2nd store there too! Bit here is the thing, he has such a vast variety of juice and mods,,,it seriously makes competitors in the area look like they're slacking. It just nice to see variety in Hanover now. Thx CV! ²
