No one does their job and one girl can talk your ear off a mile a minute (I came here for a loan not her life story) no one wears masks anymore, on their cells phones. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of speaking with Hayley on the phone last week. She was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I went in a few days later and I couldn't believe how disorganized it was. I was in a line up of 5 people, and only 1 person (1 out of 4) behind the glass was helping customers. The others were just standing around, showing each other their phones. Not everyone was wearing masks, which was ridiculous considering the current covid numbers. I was not greeted upon walking in or waiting 20+ minutes. As I was looking around the lobby was filthy, I could see workers with food at their desks, and there were hand written notes plastered on the walls indicating fraudulent cheques were circulating (very unprofessional that anyone walking in could see these signs). Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the service. I ended up walking out after waiting over 20 minutes.
