★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to Juice on the Loose for my first time this morning. As a long time smoker, my goal is to eventually quit. I spoke with the fellow behind the counter, Logan. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. There a many, many different choices of equipment and juices etc. I feel Logan really took the time to guide me in the right direction, based on my smoking habits and ultimately, my goal to quit. I would strongly recommend this place for first time Vaper's or anyone else looking for equipment and juices. I will definitely be back. Really great service and place yo do business. Thank you!

I got a dry herb vaporizer for medical use and it came with one of the mouth pieces broken, these guys didn't have the same piece but another from the brand that works perfectly. The piece I got from JotL was at the same price as the brands online store but without the shipping. They currently are doing at door service but are still open during lockdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a caliburn v2 from this store in nov. 2021. Two months later the device just stopped working. Spoke with store manager and they are not willing to help. Don’t recommend these stores as they do not back the products they sell. Very poor customer service from the manager. Other staff was excellent to deal with. I would recommend using a different store for you vape needs
