★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just can't say enough of the service and kindness . I have received over this last week . From the Awesome installer to the lady in the office .. After me making so many mistakes putting in a new door . Then getting the screen installed . And then changing my mine and calling them back to it reinstall again. The installer came back with a smile on his face the following week and did it again with no charge .. I was just floored and with so many negative things in the world today . It lifted me away from all that .. Thank you from Fanny Bay... ( I love my new Screen Door )

Rob arrived on time and by the time he left our Phantom screen had been re-installed and looks great as usual (it had been removed when our old door and frame were replaced). We have had three Phantom screens for many years without a problem. Great product! Thanks for terrific service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superlative service on Vancouver Island provided on the phone by efficient, friendly Sarah who arranged my appointment with Rob. He was delightful, efficient and totally trustworthy. He repaired my Phantom screen door in no time for little cost whereas he could have insisted that I needed to purchase a new door, as I had thought. How many trades persons these days are as honest as Rob?! And because of his excellent service and honesty, I am referring other homeowners to Phantom. This company and its staff should earn way more than five stars!
