★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased new chain saw blade and left one to be sharpened, they told me it would be ready the following day any time after 12:00 PM, l popped by around 4:00pm and they had not done it. I was not happy, due to l finished work early and drove their which was a 1 hour out of my time plus my gas, also l would had to go back the following day. I have always used Pilon tools which are great, but wanted to give these guys try. These guys stepped up, and make things right, l am happy with them and will go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place lots of Polaris parts and the staff is very knowledgeable if it was not for them I would of not have grabbed the oil plug gasket that I needed to replace when I did my oil change thank you so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owners are first class and good guys. I had some serious problems with my new machines and although I didn’t purchase them at the store they treated me like I was their customer. They got me in touch with the right people to solve the issues and made sure the Polaris brand was represented positively after my previous experiences. Thanks for stepping up and helping out the consumer, much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service, decent prices. I have bought a trimmer here and some odds and ends. Mostly use this shop for rentals of things like aerators and tillers, but do get my trimmer line and oil for yard tools etc here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my battery lawn mower in as it had stopped working. The clerk was very helpful. He took it out of the car for me. I told him I was having difficulty taking the battery out as I have arthritis in my hands. I got a phone call a few hours later to come and pick it up next day. I was told there was just a bit of grass and dust which had stopped the battery from connecting. I was also given a little harness round the battery to make it easier for me to pull out. When I asked for the invoice I was told he had fixed it in a few minutes and had made the harness at home that evening so there would be no charge. It was a treat to meet such a kind man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enquired about ordering a new Ranger Trail Boss that cost over $40,000.00 and upon receiving the price breakdown I noticed that they included a $400.00 Covid 29 surcharge. I replied to them and asked what it pertained to because it was a substantial fee and no one has responded to me for a week. The only thing I can find relating to Covid surcharges are when business charge extra to cover the cost of PPE. If that is the case then $400 per customer seems a little excessive and the fact that they decided to ignore me for simply asking for an explanation kinda says it all. I guess being the only Polaris dealership in town gives them the attitude that the customers need them more than they need the customers. Very disappointed and as a current customer who already has a Polaris ATV, I will drive the extra distance to another dealership for all future dealings with Polaris if required.
