S	Sharon Oliver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No complaints about our experience here. As with all multi unit buildings, some people may be bothered by certain things while others are not. The building is very well maintained and the on site team is friendly and responsive.

k	kellymaroo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent here if smoke bothers you. This is supposed to be a no smoking building, but the lease says that rule will not be enforced. SO my apartment smells like an ashtray thanks to my chain smoking neighbour. EDIT: I want to be clear, this review reflects my disappointment with was communicated to me prior to moving in. I was told that smoking was not allowed, even on balconies. It turns out that only smoking pot is not allowed, but of course, that cannot really be enforced either. The onsite staff here are wonderful. The building manager is responsive and friendly.

The gentleman who takes care of cleaning (I am sorry I don’t remember his name ) and PM Mr.Jack both are excellent assets and proactive any time you have any concern. Zaid and myself are thankful to you Zack for all the help and suggestions throughout our stay . Note: Building accommodates one car parking/ unit so you have to make arrangements on your own if you’re planning to move in and have more than one car .

They are always so pleasant to talk to, with a “yes, I can” attitude for all our inquiries. The staff that work here make this place what it is - hope they NEVER leave!!!

Jack, the manager, and his colleagues in maintenance, do an excellent job in keeping the building clean and well maintained. Jack is always available as needed and is a pleasure to work with. I feel very fortunate to live here.

The staff, care takers, maintenance have all been very respectful, quick to respond to requests and provide open and up to date communication. The building is well built with minimal noise transference which is a bonus. The building is clean and well maintained. Advance notice is always given for move in/out for elevator availability. We are very pleased!
