Met with friendly staff within the warehouse, who then directed me to the plant manager.
Brad was very professional and well mannered.
Operations seem to have picked up since I last visited this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy Clean clumping is the best cat litter you will find on the market. I work at an animal hospital in Ontario and order it through our purchasing company... (though our clinic does not sell products such as this.) I have tried many brands and none compare to the quality of Easy Clean, you will save money and time by using it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i needed to get 24 bags of mineral and i have a busted shoulder and i kindly asked the lady behind the desk back in the wear house so c if they could help me hand bomb them onto my truck. I had 4 skids in the back standing up. And the lady outright snapped at me and said and i quote" we dont hand bomb u gotta empty the truck first.
Not impressed how r u suposto accomidate customers if they r elderly or disabled for any reason like i am ??
Fix it and fix it now!!

I have nothing to say about products but all l can say this size of a company should invest in their shipping and receiving department. They are terrible... can you imagine that a department full of people l can see 5 or 6 of them look like working but cant manage to load 1 skid in an hour and a half time period.
Calling out the company owners coowners or who ever owns it please answer my review.
I can even give you my contact and put a written complaint about your shipping receiving department.
