★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As with everyone else, I've had to order for curbside pick up. The staff have always called me very quickly after my order to say they had it ready. I switched from another local Petvalu as they didn't call at all and when trying to follow up on my order..their answering machine said "don't leave messages following up." Better service in the East. Kudos to Amanda and Kristen.

Nicola, got my dog eating after 3 days of fasting. She was able to provide me, (I've raised cats,dogs,horses,ferrets etc. For over 40 years) a new diet including some treats, to turn my puppy back on. I was literally a couple of hours away from making a vet visit, which A) Costs a bundle.
B) More importantly, causes undue stress on my poor girl.
Our last dog had an issue with cold feet in the snow so we went there to buy some booties. Their point-of-sale system went down so they just gave them to me and told me to come back tomorrow to pay. They didn't take my phone number but they know me from coming in and out so many times. I don't expect that kind of service except for in small towns, especially like our beautiful town of Uxbridge! The trail capital of Canada!!!

Working the cash was very helpful! I didn’t grab her name though but she was super nice and extremely helpful helping me and my husband pick out a new cat litter brand as our current one just wasn’t cutting it! We switched brands and we will never go back now! Overall very organized store and always helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to stop in while waiting on pizza next door. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Store is nice, clean and great selection! I let my dog pick out a treat while there and they had a wheel large enough for rats! So I got that for my girls.
