โ โ โ โ โ It was the first time for my puppy for hair grooming
I told Eric that she is a puppy &?this is her first time
I like to check on her to see how she is doing. He didnโt allow it. The haircut took one & half hours!!
I was in shock when I saw my puppy. She was shaved all over. My puppy was traumatized that night. When I told Eric why he didnโt let me check on her. He said rudely this isnโt a zoo!!
It was a worst experience ever with unprofessional & rude manner.

โ โ โ โ โ We have took our puppy to pet lux twice now and both experiences were lovely. Eric was very gentle, kind and caring and he knew just what to do when it came to doing anything which helped lots with my puppy feeling more comfortable. When grooming him for the first time, we were even allowed to stay with our puppy which helped lots since, mikko (our puppy) was very nervous. In auditions, he gave us lots of advice about his coat and care treatment.

โ โ โ โ โ I took my Pomeranian Chihuahua in for a groom and Iโve been to plenty high end dog groomers and they never give the short cut I request for my dog however pet lux actually did listen to my request and Teddy came out short and fluffy with the cutest bib around his neck. I will be taking my dog back here.

โ โ โ โ โ Eric did an awesome job!! He was quick and did exactly what we talked about. His shop is very clean and I felt comfortable leaving my dog in a welcoming and safe environment. Highly highly recommend!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Eric and Susan are excellent groomers! They are both super knowledgeable and the store has a really great selection of good quality treats, food and any accessory you need. Our dog loves it there and always comes our smelling like lavender with the cutest bandana on. Parking out pack is super convenient to drop and pick your pet up.

โ โ โ โ โ Eric is amazing! He was so kind and gentle with my nervous pup who has so far been scared of grooming. He let me stay and give treats so that my pup felt safe and I wasnโt at home worried about how the grooming was going! Pet lux is clean and welcoming and in addition to clearly caring about my dog, Eric did a great job of the grooming. We will go back for sure!

โ โ โ โ โ Moss has had his grooming at Pet Lux twice now, and i've been very pleased both times. I'm very happy with his cut, and Moss seems in a good mood after. I appreciate them taking taking it slow with him as he's still only a puppy, and I got some good brushing tips for keeping on top of the mat situation! All round friendly and professional service and a positive experience for my pup.
