I dropped it off and after 6 months, retrieved it from the employee. NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE!
Wouldn't ever trust him or Perth Power Sports again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service manager in the business. In September I brought a side x side in for a comprehensive 100 hour service. I also mentioned there was a transmission warning light and a potential wheel problem. I waited 8 weeks for my machine to be ready. After arriving home with my machine I was shocked to not only see a “maintenance required “ message but also a “limp home” warning. Imagine my surprise when I called the service manager to find out the service had not been done!!! Not sure what I paid over $500 for unless they charge you for parking! The same service manager had done the same thing to me a couple of years previously when I requested a new bilge pump be installed in my boat when I brought it in for winterizing, only to find that when I arrived to retrieve my boat that the pump he’d not been replaced. So much for communicating with your customers. After 15 years of being a customer, I can’t believe the attitude of the service manager who speaks to you like he is doing you a favour! I have purchased a boat, an Atv and 2 seadoos from this dealership and bring my equipment in annually for service. I had hoped that I could get some response from the owner, Don Creppin, after trying to contact him three times over the past week, but it seems that his customers are not worthy of his time either. Needless to say, I don’t advise having your machines serviced by this dealer. Seems they don’t understand customer service and have never heard of integrity.

When my side-by-side finally arrived, it was expertly assembled and personally delivered to my residence. He has continued to assist with any and all questions since then. Above and beyond service!

Lesson learned. Should have done my research instead of believing so called “professional” staff.
My mistake won’t happen again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a can-am outlander last year. Noticed there was an issue with the intake. Seemed to be a defect from the factory. I reached out to D’Arcy the salesman I bought it off of and he directed me to Nikki in service. She submitted a warranty claim through canam. There was no response for a few months. I reached out again and they warrantied the issue without approval from canam. This is the meaning of customer service. I am very happy with how I was treated through the whole buying process and I’m glad they stand behind what they sell.
