★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first shipment with UMAC was delayed which is understandable because of pandemic.
Our second shipment would be today, I called and talked to a “Mimi” from Calgary. I asked a question re the third box free shipment which she explained and I fully understood. However, the manner in how she did the explanation was definitely rude and dismissive, whenever I talk and ask further questions, she would interrupt me and talk simultaneously and continue to do so during our conversation until I told her hear me out first.
I understand and respect people in service industry however, there’s no need to be rude if only Mimi with hear me out first. She continued to start her conversation and would assume with ‘maybe you did this or maybe didn’t do this…’ to which none of what she mentioned I did nor did not do. I just want clarification that is all. The other ladies I talked with UMAC Calgary was pleasant but not Mimi.
I hope this review will not be edited nor be the reason to delay my shipment as every time we send boxes, they are fruit of our blood, sweat and tears labour.

But when I called the main office in Marikina to follow it up 2 months after, since I was in Manila already they told me that my box was just transported from Calgary warehouse to the vessel Dec 1. So disappointing. I even emailed the customer service and cc'd Calgary office regarding my concern but til now no response at all.
