★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth avoiding based of off numerous experiences there. They treat young customers poorly, don't answer questions or help with purchasing. I always drive the extra distance to Home Depot now, though, I wish I could support local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never found staff very helpful in this store and a recent purchase of a refrigerator and refusing to take into the house is incredible!! This was for a frail, elderly man. I guess he could plug it outside and put his boots and coat on every time he wanted something from the fridge??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive shopped here a few times. Got several Christmas gifts from here at reasonable prices and have purchased lawn ornaments here too. I love the flamingos they had this past summer so much that I couldn't resist in buying one. Staff is friendly and the store is neat and clean.

Every question I had was answered and even received further information regarding the well pump.
Very happy with the service I received and available products

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought I’d like to shop local…needed some 3x6” ceramic tile. When I approached someone they pointed me to a row of closed cupboards and said “help yourself…whatever we’ve got is there”. I rummaged through the poorly labelled cupboards…did not find the type/finish I was looking for. And although I stood there for 5-10 minutes she did not follow up. Three times I made eye contact with other employees…never did I get asked if they could help me. Not sure if this is indicative of normal service level here…I’m new in town . But at my previous Home Hardware, customers felt like family, whether it was your first time or repeat visit. Guess I’ll have to drive to Home Depot…
