It ended up that Permit Masters couldn't help me, but I was very impressed with their professionalism and their straightforward advice, even though I did not end up being a paying client.

I have got few quotes from handyman and they were taking advantage of us and giving us high numbers. Maple told us there is no need and she got for us the permit within 2 days. I will definitely work with them again for future.
