★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our developer put in a request to Mariah Consulting on May 19, 2020 for the final landscaping inspection. We are now approaching the 2 month mark and the inspection has still not occurred.
We have followed up with Mariah multiple times and each time they state that "the inspection will occur this week".
