He kept chasing the cra, when they seem to have forgotten about my first tax year and even charged me instead of giving back. Besides, their pricing is very competitive and I will keep going back to my same agent. Great service!

Few things that I’d like to highlight ‘which the place i used to go earlier lacked:
Patient - Even though the location was closed while we were in the middle of filing, they didn’t rush.
Knowledgeable/Provided opportunity to ask question - Explained things end to end like what each amount refers to and how CRA calculates certain amounts.

Mamta replied, set an appointment and my taxes were e-filed in a very short period of time. She answered and addressed all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this company and Mamta for her Professionalism and Knowledge of current tax laws. Her fees were extremely reasonable. I definitely will be using her services in future years.
