Called to follow up on a visa application that we have been waiting on for over a month and they keep telling us one more week, instead of apologizing for the delay the lady was extremely rude and told me that there was nothing she can do. Thanks!! Wouldn't recommend this place.
Your response is a great example of arrogance. Thanks for proving my point about your company being unprofessional.

If they know they don't have enough knowledge regarding particular application, why do they intake. They destroy the life of people who have worked so hard to come and in Canada. I am writing this so that people be aware before going to this place, as recommendation matters a lot and recommending a wrong place can have a huge impact on ones life.
