Best Perfume store in Canada

A	Andrew Karam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales rep was awesome, however they push their in house Claude Marsal brand and upsell it, claiming it’s 24% oil, long lasting, comes from Paris, and that it’s normally $250. I ended up spending over $200 on 2 bottles of Claude Marsal trusting the rep. Turns out that the purfume isn’t the greatest and is not all that they claim. If you’re going to spend $150 a bottle, go with trusted sources for your fragrances.

I'm not huge into writing reviews for anything online, but after the level of service I have received, I feel like its the right thing to do. I've taken my time and have read the reviews towards this store before writing mine. I can't account for anyone else's reviewers but I can speaking candidly about mine. Since I have been shopping at Perfumes4U I have had a lot of amazing and positive experiences. First things first the manager Amanda has been amazing. She listens to my questions about colognes, and she is even helping me to find discontinued and hidden gems of some cologne bottles that I have been on the hunt for. For me she has been generous, kind, and attentive. The store is always clean and most of her other staff is kind and courteous. For me she goes above and beyond with her level of service, so in writing my review, this is my way of letting her know I'm appreciative for all that she's done. I mostly by my bottles online recently, but because of my positive experiences at the store, I tend to come in once or twice a month and make some purchases. Like I said I can't speak for anyone else, but she does a lot. She manages a bunch of other stores and has a lot of responsibility, with saying this my point is it becomes harder to please everybody. Give her time, she seriously grows on you. Keep up all of the great work over there. :)

Just by overhearing the sales reps talking to others i felt unsafe and that the whole store is based on lies The way they pushed for the Claude Marsal brand and pushed people away from what they actually want was very apparent too. Be careful
e	emi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with my friend, place empty just two employees that barely acknowledge us. We were browsing around discussing different perfumes, no employee approached us to help or even ask what we were looking for. I guess we didn’t look rich enough to be spared a glance. Two more couples entered the store, both employees plastered their fake smiles on and the questions began, what are you looking for? Is it for male ir female? What’s your price range? I was stunned. One of the couples decided to shop their own while other went with the saler. I went up to the other saler to ask for help, task? Simple, to find the most popular perfume scent, vanilla. I asked about Black Opium perfume on display, sorry I don’t have tester for that one. That’s okay do you have anything else vanilla? “Are you looking for something on clearance?” No ma’am I can afford a bottle of perfume just fine thank you but to be polite I told her we were willing to look at anything so she showed us two different perfumes, both didn’t even have a hint of vanilla. We asked about one more brand but after receiving a harsh no as an answer it was clear we were not wanted there, so we left. I’m highly disappointed with my experience, I’ve been there before with my parents and they were treated very nicely and politely, guess they just look loaded and I don’t lol. I don’t recommend going, and if you are then better put on your best attire.
k	kaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in and was instantly ignored even though me and my friend were intending to buy multiple perfumes. We were the only customers in the store for a long time but still received no assistance or acknowledgment. As soon as older people walked in they got attention and help right away. At one point I thought they were finally greeting us so I said “Hi,” intending to start a conversation about their products. However, they were once again talking to people behind us. Even when we tried to ask them simple questions about scents and brands they were rude and abrupt with us for no reason while being nice to other people. Other customers were given samples and recommendations. We were given rude one word answers. I wish I could take the store name to heart and say that they are in fact perfumes 4 me, but they aren’t. Thanks to the rude employees who decided two kind 20 year olds are worthless compared to people in their 30s.
