★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in and felt as if I was in trouble. Lady at the door was rude, seemed very short with me and annoyed. Then I heard her rudely ask people who just walked in to sanitize their hands. Guy that was at the cash was very nice and friendly, I felt more relaxed around him then the lady at the door. Second time this happened to me at this location. Definitely won’t be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 freaking stars for this place! Do you love chocolate? This is the place for you. They're probably the best prices I can find for Lindt chocolate. The staff is amazing! They even gave customers free samples! The variety in chocolates they had was impressive as well. If you're at tangers you have to visit this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service sucks. In fact I felt the rep was racially profiling us and observing us with suspicion. I visited the store only to pickup 100% cocoa Lindt bar. They don't sell it outside of Lindt outlets. I used to buy them in Mississauga from their corporate office store on Kennedy road. This is the only store in Ottawa where you will find 100% cocoa chocolate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't really complain about a store that just sells chocolate. It wasn't nearly as expensive as I thought it would be, we really liked the selection of flavours they had available. Staff was friendly, store was clean, not really anything negative to say.
