A	Austin Campagna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. Went here with quite high expectations. I was expecting a fantastic and above average dessert, that is not what I got. I tried their ice cream, and also bought (to bring home and eat) their brand name chocolate bars and some cookies. It was all awful. I think their great marketing and the cool look for their ice cream and other products is merely cosmetic. But the actual food is below average in quality. The cookies tasted like they were store bought. The chocolate bar tasted like something you'd eat from the dollar store. To make matters worse, everything they sell is exorbitantly priced. $6 for a small chocolate bar is bloody expensive. And it wasn't even that good. I was overall disappointed. I cannot recommend this if you are looking for a good and high quality dessert at a fairly reasonable price.

Left side is medium hazelnut praline while the one on the right is small dulce de leche. Honestly, there’s no visible difference between the two sizes. Will just do small next time and save $1.50 ? small is $7.08 and medium is $8.58
S	Sandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, clean atmosphere, lot of collection of chocolates! Love their dipped ice cream, they have lot of flavours to try. I tried cookies and cream and chocolate-hazelnut. Will definitely visit again!

The only downfall is the staff to customer ratio is not balanced and you have to wait a long time. Also, this place seems very busy with Uber Eats orders and they seem to get overwhelmed at times with in store customers and online orders coming in at the same time. Maybe ordering ahead would be beneficial if you don't have 20 minutes to get a cone.

Pro tip: if you get the cup (vs cone) like I did, make sure you bust open the chocolate dip at the top before it fully hardens otherwise the plastic spoon they give you bends before the chocolate cracks!

The employees were friendly and there was an enormous variety of options. The prices were a bit steep- around 6$ for a small cone, but that might just be because I got the vegan option.

If you’re not used to very sweet and intense chocolate get a mini/smaller size!!! The tastes are amazing. I had the brownie bowl, then we also go maple pancake, hazelnut praline, and key lime pie. The toppings, the dip, and the ice cream are all very high quality! The seating is nice inside and a great place to be with friends. Good outdoor seating too. The service is fast and good! I would only say it would be nice if it was open a bit later than 9pm. I want to go back and try more flavours!
