J	J Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hot sauce store around! The staff are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you get exactly what you're looking for. Every time I visit, I walk away with about a dozen different sauces. I have a few favourites but always enjoy trying something new. They're great about letting you know what to expect for level of heat too. Love this place!

My favourite is the Fire Roasted salsa (bought 2!). I also bought the Mango Hot Salsa (Super excited to try this one out), French Quarter Creole & Music City seasoning. I highly recommend a visit soon. Happy eating!!

She didn't know anything about the product and was giving really bad tasting samples trying to get us to buy things we weren't looking for, the staff from the last 5 or so years was a lot more helpful and it's upsetting to see almost all of them are gone now, won't be going back in as long as she's working. A company only runs when it has amazing employees and this place is now a sinking ship

Ohhhh, totally worth it, best hot sauce ever. Tons of flavor and low sodium! I am salt sensitive and find most hot sauces are loaded with too much salt, not these ones! So good! MY favorite is the talquilapino and sweet reaper. Also picked up a jar of hummus salsa and that is amazing also

He found multiple different ones that we both very much enjoyed. He & his coworker were very enthusiastic & great customer service! Will definitely be heading back!

They cared very much about customers finding products that they will enjoy. Nick went out of his way to help me find hot sauces that I would like. He went above and beyond for customer service. L	Lada S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another edit to the review. Today I received the package with replacement bottle. Instead if one bottle, they sent me 3!!! Thank you Pepper Palace! I would like to add this edit to my original review. Since I posted the review, Pepper Palace has reached out to me to offer a replacement for the broken bottle and to let me know that they are aware of the “broken bottle neck” issue and are working on solutions. Thanks Pepper Palace!! Clearly don’t care about the customers. I shopped here often and spent quite a bit of money. Sauces are good, but sometimes not consistent (I always buy this one sauce in addition to others, and it doesn’t always taste the same). As seen in photos, one bottle neck was broken when I removed the plastic wrap. It never happened to me before, but I emailed the store and contacted them through the website. I wasn’t looking for replacement or refund, just to let them know because more bottles in that batch might have been broken. No response, no acknowledgement. Can’t say I’m surprised considering how uninterested sales people are in the store (except for this one young guy whose name escapes me now). And I can see from reviews that my experience is not an exception. Also, came to the store few times to find it closed when website says it’s open (not great when you drive 45min to kiss the closed door)
