Worst customer service I have ever received. Was told on multiple accounts she was too busy to speak to me, she will get back to me when she can (no date agreed upon when my money was involved) and was spoken to in a very condescending way when discussing an issue with sales/ pricing. I was hung up on by Rivita when calling her out on talking to me like that. BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE! There is no reasoning with this disorganized company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Golden Bough is easy to deal with, has good products and great prices. I am making soap and Golden Bough is the best place to buy essential or fragrance oils. Living in NS makes the shipping expensive but that is not their fault. I guess I am buying their products for 10 plus years and I never was disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from them for my business. We received a pack that seemed to have something weird in it. When we pulled on the tip, we realized it was a dried mouse ??. We contacted them as we would never use the product in our business. We know it's not from us as the bag was sealed and the mouse is fully dried! Never got any replies, no one "could help us". Never again!
