Invoices were sent to wrong email addresse. So obviously they did not get paid. Stopped my oil delivery. Stuck without heat for 3 days because nobody working on the weekend to take my payment.

FRAUD , avoid at all costs. Charged over 500$ to my credit card a month after I cancelled with them with receipt and everything as if They fuel my tank. ( I don’t even have a gas tank anymore since we change to electric) Their excuse was that their systems are down or some bs. Judging by reviews they always use the same excuse.

Terrible We used them until we switched our furnace to an electric one. After cancelling the contract they started charging us again 3 months after the cancellation. I called them after the first charge and told me they would reimburse and make sure it does not happen again. It happened for another 2 months and I had to take measures with my own bank. To this day, i have not been reimbursed, company to avoid at all cost.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Worst service I've ever experienced in any kind of business in 20 years. Takes weeks to get filled up, driver doesn't fill up correct amounts. Service enployees forgetting to take down credit card info. They then waited 6 months to let us know we had a pending balance (having filled us up twice in the meantime). Call to take a payment arrangement. They don't take the payment on agreed date and then sent us to a recovery agency. DON'T TAKE THEIR SERVICES! If you can even call them that!

Be careful. PEPCO might be in financial trouble. I have a budget plan with them by which they debit my bank account each month. Their November statement indicates that they owe me almost $400. Since I am not getting oil deliveries from them I asked to get my money back. Their answer is that they have to review their accounting because I may actually owe them money. Their November statement clearly shows $383 owed to me yet they have to verify their accounting. This sounds very fishy to me!!!!

4 days now I've had to shut my heat due to misfiring or problems with ignitor and fuel smell in house. Not even a callback. Weekend guy tells me they only do calls for no heat and emergencies. Not quite sure what doesn't constitute and emergency in my case. No heat, and fuel odors in house. Wow... Not going to renew my service contract with them again. Completely ignorant of customer needs. Edit: Quickly received a call after leaving this review. Technician coming tomorrow. Suspicious timing or just good luck? You decide.

I haven't had any problems with Pepco for 3 years, the delivery of the heating oil was always done within the time promised. Helpful customer service. This winter, the first delivery took place on the second day after the order, and the second on the fourth. It was yesterday, and they delivered oil overnight while I slept. Thank you Pepco :)

This is my first review in my life, the reason because their terrible services. I sold my home in 2020 February, where I had a service with them. Call and explain this property doesn't belong to me anymore but until today 2022 February, I am receiving bills, last year I get extremely frustrated with explaining and calling, finally, they said just pay last bill and we will close your file, but it never happened. Talk to new owner, he said he changed oil company and never see Pepco at his property. hihimpropertycompany company
