Took my vehicle in for a Tesla Windshield replacement and they did an AMAZING job. They had a shorter wait time than all the other shops and provided tracking information to keep me updated on when the windshield would arrive from Tesla. Super happy with the service. Received my vehicle back the same day with a sparkling new windshield and they vacuumed and also washed the exterior. Highly recommended. Thanks =)

My Tesla M3 had a cracked windshield, after contacting numerous auto repair shops, no one had the expertise or was willing to order parts from Tesla. When I contacted penny auto body, they ordered the part instantly and replaced my windshield with couple of weeks. They cleaned my car as well inside and out. Professional and generous staff, I was given a cabin air filter free of charge after I told them I was having hard time locating one. Highly recommended!!

Not friendly adjuster. Imagine I am still talking with the receptionist this asian adjuster interfere without being ask and said that your repair schedule of your unit will be a month and a week to wait. His tone of voice is not pleasing. I decided not to have my vehicle be repair by them. Not good.

I had a good experience with Penny Autobody 2 years ago, so I decided to go back to them again when I had an accident recently. This time they were awfully disappointing, took them around one month to estimate my damages, and their final estimate was incomplete. I asked Penny autobody for an estimate for fixing my car. It took them 3 weeks to send the original estimate; they told me it'll take only one week originally. I had to call them around 10 times (no exaggeration here) to send the estimate to my adjuster! When they finally sent it, they didn't attach my car pictures to their email (how professional!). I called 2 more times for this to happen; finally, they did. The size of the pictures that they attached to the email (to my adjuster) was too large that the email could not go through, and they didn't care to tell me or resend the email (wasted a couple of more days of mine, who cares people don't need their time). In the end, their estimate was not complete and I had to redo the estimate somewhere else, after one month of waiting for these people! I have no idea how a business can work with this type of unprofessionalism!

Recently my truck was damaged by snow falling from a roof. I had such a great experience with this body shop. The repair work was great, and I received my truck back after less than one month, whereas other body shops quoted me 2-3 months. Daryll was lovely and kept me updated throughout the repair process. Highly recommended.

It's easy to leave a 5 star review when everything goes smoothly. Things didn't go entirely smoothly with my experience with them, but they handled it very well when things did go a bit wrong. There was a mix up in parts destinations which led to some incorrect timing issues. Their ability to problem solve and still get it back within the said time was very well done, and impressive. These guys actually do care and I will happily give them my business again.

I made contact with a wall and side of car was scratched up a bit. Pricing was fair and repair time was good. When I came to pick up the car, the paint was not buffed and visibly foggy/scratched up. I had to wait for them to fix it despite being told it was ready. When they assembled everything back, they did not connect everything completely and some electronics were not working. In addition, some interior trims were loose. When I inquired the manager, he told me to get it fixed at a dealer (at my expense). My vehicle was purchased brand new (less than a year old) so the body shop was 100% at fault. Luckily my dealer covered everything and did not charge me a dime.

Pro: Did good job on replacing windshield. Good customer service from Morris. Con: While replacing windshield they broke a wiper. I needed to get Tesla involved to fix. I now have to wait 3 weeks for part to arrive as it needs to be replaced. They left both of my seats covered in oil and dirt. Took a lot of time and effort to get it out. Morris was very apologetic and wanted to try to right the issues, which I greatly appreciate. I wish his staff would be more careful when they are in possession of people's cars. You can tell they care little about others property.
