I was surprised and pleased to see that unlike our last animal hospital where everything was done over the phone due to Covid, that we could use a mask and enter and be present during the examination and have a face to face conversation with the veteranarian.
The veteranarian was awesome and had the puppy playing and happy during the examination. The office staff were friendly and welcoming and provided great information.
All in all, it was a great experience and we will continue taking our pup to this office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog Benny recently got very sick. My old vet was far away and so I googled random animal hospitals in the area. I am SO happy that I decided to go to Peninsula Crossing Animal Hospital.
The customer service is excellent and Dr. Saini in an incredible Veterinarian. Benny was diagnosed with diabetes which was difficult. Dr. Saini made this experience lighter, by his compassion and positivity.
Thank you so much to this hospital and Dr. Saini. Highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bring 3 cats and 2 dogs to this place and what I really appreciate is that they always fit us in if we have an emergency. And in general, don’t need to wait weeks for appointments. Pleasant staff and good service.
Not sure what the cats think of this place, haha, but the vets haven’t had any issues handling them, so they must not mind it that much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at this animal hospital. The front staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Saini is amazing with my dog who can be timid sometimes, he puts her right at ease. I am also very happy to be able to attend the vet visits in person, as my previous vet office made you wait in your vehicle, do the hand off, wait some more then wait for a call from the doctor...this caused obvious significant time delays. Peninsula Crossing animal hospital does in person visits and everyone is safe wearing masks. I can't say enough good things about this place.
