I was nervous starting up again with a new vet as my pet had several chronic issues and complex medical conditions. My fears were put aside rapidly after meeting Jason. He took extra special care of my pug and putting up with his grumpy personality! Kendra went far and beyond her duties to find a clinic in Vancouver that would take Gus on an emergency basis. I would highly recommend Jason and his team.

The Vet tech who was there when I came in was very lovely and comforting. It relieved a lot of stress as I wasn't sure what I'd do.

But then the appointment happened and my plans were ruined. The knowledge they had off the top of their heads about my specific breed of dog suprise me. In 5 years and many new places I've never had that happen. Not only were they knowledgable but friendly, proactive, reasonable, and have a true passion for pets. So now I'm happy for the 30 min drive because it gives me piece of mind knowing my dog is in the best care.

Dr. Dhaliwal was not prepared for the appointment despite me booking in advance. He didn't know what breed of dog he was seeing, in fact called it something else. He was close-minded about the current diet my dog was on and didn't ask why we were on it and he prescribed me to buy dog food for a small breed because he assumed/guessed that my puppy belonged to that category. She does not. He had to pull out his phone to google the breed. Also, he said that he was going to call in a few days to share results of fecal test. I did not receive a call and in fact had to call them a week later to follow up. Our initial check up took all of 5-10 minutes. And that was all the examination he did. Switched vets right away and with our new doctor we got 1-HOUR (no extra cost) for the initial check up because the doctor at the clinic we switched to actually took interest in us and our pet.

We had very frequent visits in the first two years because we had a senior cat (21!) and they were always very up front with what treatment options were the best for her and what would be too stressful or costly, etc. and overall I think her final years were very comfy thanks to their care. We’ve had them sedate and shave our extremely fearful long hair cat without issue as well as a smooth and successful neuter of our kitten. Sad to have to say goodbye as we move out of the area, finding a trustworthy vet like them is difficult and we’ve been lucky to have them taking care of our 4 babies! :)

All technicians were so friendly and gentle with my cat she looked comfortable with them. The vet was very thorough and explained everything to me very well and provided me with a treatment plan for her. My cat is already feeling much better and I feel more at ease.
