This review is not about the store but about Peloton Canada. Their Ads literally everywhere in my social media which gives me anxiety. I would listen to a song in a SoundCloud, and then all of sudden peloton bike ad pops up. This is not once or twice..it is all the day long.thus super unethical and manipulative.

This review is for the company not the store (like many others here). DO NOT BUY A PELOTON!! I have been waiting for four months and dealt with two cancelled deliveries just a couple of hours before the appointment with no explanation. I now have no delivery time scheduled and still no explanation from the company. It appears at this point, Peloton is simply collecting millions in advance payments from customers with no serious intention of delivering bikes. Customer service will not provide you with any information and will not allow you to contact the delivery company. Stay away from this company. Echelon and Bowflex both have good reviews, I'll be cancelling my order and seeing about getting one of them.

Was excited to finally order the Peloton after months of deliberating. Placed my order for the Bike in mid-October 2020 and was scheduled for delivery in just over 2 months on Dec 23. Paid for it in full upfront and was billed $2906 right then. About a week before Dec 23, a friend who was a Peloton user told me that she had seen on the Peloton Toronto Facebook group that there was a supply chain issue and many people were being rescheduled. Fearful of this, I called Peloton customer service on Dec 22 (a day before my scheduled delivery) to confirm that it was still arriving. They let me know it was rescheduled for Jan 8th 2021 and were slightly apologetic that I was not notified of the change prior to calling and they offered me a waived deliver fee of about $125 + taxes. I was disappointed but sadly, expecting a delay so I decided to wait for Jan 8th. Again, no other correspondence from Peloton until I decided to contact Customer Service on Jan 7th to confirm my delivery for the next day. I was on hold on their phone lines for over an hour so I decided to try their Live Chat. I was paired with a Customer Service rep who advised me that my delivery date was again changed to Feb 11th. That’s five months since I placed my order and there was still no guarantee it would come on that date! I was floored and very upset that again, I had to contact them the day before to get this information. I asked for an explanation but just received an apology and a $100 refund off my bike. I was unsatisfied and let them know I wasn’t looking for a refund, I was looking for an explanation. The customer service rep left the chat without responding to me! Worst customer service I’ve received - and from a β€œpremium” company nonetheless! I was infuriated and took a screenshot of chat and sent it to Peloton Support email, demanding they reach out to me. Waited over a week, no call, no email reply, nothing. I decided then that I would cancel my order. I refuse to support a company that doesn’t even acknowledge concerns from its customers. I’ve heard countless people say β€œit’s worth the wait” and it probably is but I will not give Peloton my $2906 and $50/month subscription (incremental $600 per year for their App). Very poor customer experience from Peloton. I have not tried the Bike so can’t comment on that but if you are considering ordering a Bike or Bike+ I would recommend not to unless you know and expect what you’re getting into!

I recently bought the original Bike. Rosalind was super helpful with my millions of questions (not very tech savvy). Would definitely recommend coming in to order the Bike over ordering online. Thanks Rosalind!

Last week I was walking on Bloor and walked by the peloton store, I decided to go in as the apparel looked super cute! I was greeted by Brandon who was extremely helpful and very genuine when helping me look at apparel and accessories. Thank you Brandon for being so kind and helpful, really made my day. Loving the new fall colours of the apparel also!

Worst client service experience ever ! I order the bike online (not the store) last December and never receive it. Receive several dates of deliveries without success. No calls, no emails, nothing. I had to call many times, lost hours on the phone for nothing. Order an Echelon bike 4 days ago from Costco. It's receive, up and running and 1 year of membership free. Half the price of Peloton !

Peloton is awesome so I was shocked to see the rating so low. But no surprise - and I'm sorry, there is no other way but to put this bluntly - so many clueless dummies in these reviews. Reviews here on GOOGLE MAPS should be related to the actual store. If you have a problem with the company as a whole go cry somewhere else or contact Peloton directly ?‍♂️
