9 round is a great place to get a quick and effective workout in 30 minutes. I’ve been a member since November and I’m impressed with the knowledge and skills of the morning trainers I see- Ajay, Avi & Daicy. They take the time to understand your fitness needs and provide you challenging opportunities as they see fit. I look forward to going to class everyday, you guys are awesome!!

I have been going to 9Round for a while now. I can say that whenever I do go, I always feel welcome. The trainers are always there to help you continuously improve your techniques. Every time I go I always get in a great workout! I strongly recommend 9Round to anybody who is interested in getting physically and mentally stronger. You burn a lot of calories in a short period of time, get exposed to many different exercises, and feel more confident afterwards.

I’ve been at 9 rounds for a few months now. I love the flexibility of no set times. Works perfectly with my busy day. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable of each exercise and give tips on how too improve form and technique . They also give extra pushes if you let them (Deicy ?). I also love the weekly challenges (CHOW). I recommend that if someone is looking for a fun and challenging workout they give 9 rounds a try!

I have started a bit more than a month ago. Trainers are really nice and cool. Workout change everyday, this is really great ! 30 min workout might seems low but trust me if you are at 100% on each round, you won't need an extra minute. They are located near the subway station at College so super convenient. And if you get really tired after the training, you have a Booster Juice just in front ! Just try you won't be disappointed.

Great place to train and burn calories/fat. Very friendly staff who will help push you to do cardiovascular training and perfect the basics of kickboxing.

Fun workout - only 30 mins but 30 mins is all you need! Trainers Jones and Jay were our favourite - they really look after you and make you do your best! Highly recommended!

9Round is amazing. The staff is wonderfully, keeps you motivated during your training and don't let you give up. This is the only gym I'm actually sticking with for months. I totally recommend.

I recommend 9round to anyone and everyone who all would like to achieve their fitness goals in no time…I am so thankful to come across 9round at 777 college park and get to join it..within 4 weeks time, I can see such a big change in my body, the way I feel and interesting part is I always look forward to my workout. All trainers on floor and manager Hugo is simply amazing- if you want a great workout with right attitude and great customer service, please do visit 9round at 777 college park..thanks a ton 9round team for being part of my fitness journey and for helping me to achieve it!
