The location is very convenient, just steps away from the Yonge-Bloor TTC station. This gym is a great place to get in a solid workout, have fun and make new friends!

Very strong on footwork and defensive training, which is a must for any fighter. The technical foundations are rock solid, and the vibe of the gym is incredibly friendly. The members are the nicest people you'll meet, and Coach Paul both inspires and educates. Novices will feel completely safe and supported in the intro classes, and experienced fighters will get pushed to the next level in the intermediate and advanced courses, as well as in private instruction and sparring opportunities. Everyone - regardless of level - will get a first-class workout. Moreover, unlike other ego-driven and injury-prone gyms, the ethos of Paul Brown and his elite coaching staff (which include decorated champion fighters) is to push members hard to achieve their personal best, while also respecting the limits of your body. Paul is not just a stellar coach; he's also a fantastic human being. This is a rare gem in the boxing world. Totally worth the investment.

They are really relaxed on signing up for classes, I would sign up maybe once or twice and then show up to quite a few more classes. Most the time nobody is signing anyone in. Sometimes classes are full, especially the basic boxing classes and I would just come anyway. Nobody is there making sure you've signed up! Really great! Sometimes classes get too full though, i was in a boxing class with 23 people and that's wayyyy to many.

I bought a 10 pack and went to prob 15-20 classes before anyone said anything. Then i bought another 10 pack and did it again. As long as you avoid Paul in the morning nobody takes attendance, his son is the only other person who uses the computer, and he doesn't even taken attendance so if you come to any class because Paul, you'll get to come for free!
J	JJadex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get a good workout in. My trainer, Amy, is simply amazing! Many places like this come off as intimidating, especially when you are a first time boxer. But they are well trained and take the time to teach you all that you must know for your level. It's a small gym, with a family feel. It makes me want to come back every time. Just keep in mind that when you come in, you must be prepared and keep up.
